Create a Job from an Estimate

Approval of any Estimate will auto-generate an Unscheduled Job in the app.

Ways to Approve an Estimate:

  • Customer can approve the estimate via the link in his/her emailed estimate


  • App user (admin/employee) can approve via the app on the individual Estimate details screen

Once an Estimate is Approved, the Unscheduled Job can then be scheduled and/or assigned:

  • via the HOME screen (under Jobs > Needs Scheduling)
  • via the JOBS screen (clipboard icon)

Note: If you do not see the Unscheduled Job listed right away, you may need to either press the refresh icon (on the HOME screen) or click the list view icon (top left icon on the JOBS screen).
